Online access and identity verification (including Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID types) is required for card activation and to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access all features.
1. There is no charge for cash reloads at PLS Check Cashers locations. Individual retailers other than PLS Check Cashers locations may charge a fee.
2. Monthly fee waived whenever you receive payroll or government benefits direct deposits of $500 or more in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise, $5 per month.
3. There are no pay per use fees on purchase transactions when you use your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card.
4. See app or website for free ATM locations. $3 for out-of-network withdrawals, plus any additional fees the ATM owner or bank may charge. Limits apply.
5. Early direct deposit availability depends on payor type, timing, payment instructions, and bank fraud prevention measures. As such, early direct deposit availability may vary from pay period to pay period. The name, Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type number on fi­le with your employer or benefits provider must match your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account to prevent fraud restrictions on the account.
6. Up to $300 overdraft protection with opt-in and eligible direct deposits. Fees, terms & conditions apply.
7. Previously authorized transactions and deposits/transfers to your account will function with a locked card.
8. Message and data rates may apply.
9/10. Customer can transfer their funds from another debit card or bank account to their Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account in minutes for a small fee. Limits apply to bank transfers and are subject to your bank’s restrictions and fees. Bank account verification services provided by Plaid. This app is probably the worst one I ever used, they sent my debit card to the wrong address twice after I told them my mailing address is not the same as my address on my Driver license. And plus I was charged $5.00 each time. And second, I tried to transfer $500 to another debit card and they literally tried to charge me $15 for the debit transfer. Im definitely closing my account ASAP because this my hard earned money i saved for them to charge me $15 just to transfer money.

Great to worst!. My card is working fine. This app, all of a sudden is letting me log in. I get an error. Try to chance password, error. Call help line account is active. Swiped card at work for a snack, it worked. Something is wrong with the app. Read about someone else having the same problem.

Doesn't work properly. an hour to create account due to them verifying me and having the wrong information in system. this account took an hour to set up in store. the create log in was a pain because it wouldn't let me create a log in and there instructions for acceptable requirements for the password was all wrong,it took an hour with customer service on the phone.Now to transfer money between banks its telling me to log into my other bank but saying my login is wrong. what a joke.
