As with other people, the app often randomly closes while playing. Secondly, even though they give the option of chatting with a live agent, it always says i can't type anything, it's just a bot. Thirdly, I'm unable to even play because, also randomly, it kicked me out of a game and was unable to detect my location, even though no settings have been changed on my phone. It's SO frustrating, and I deposited money I can't even withdrawal because I used a promo and it's tied up.

This used to be one of my favorite gambling apps, however, a few months ago it started logging me out all the time which gets annoying. Then after awhile, they send me free chips to come back. So I do. Today I can't even play anything because it keeps logging me out before I can pick a game. I had to log in at least 10x because it said I was inactive while I was actively playing! I checked for updates but there are none. I've unistalled/reinstalled and it made no difference. Please fix this!

Extremely frustrating! Love the games and the layout but it's horrible as far as operational. After spending tens of thousands of dollars during our relationship I am parting ways. I'm tired of being frustrated aggravated and stressed out over an app that constantly shuts down while logging in or playing. It takes me 3 to 10 or more attempts to log in then most of the time it'll log out on me right after I logged back in or start playing. I'm done with it!
