This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

Tried to rate 5-stars but my Spectrum Internet speed wouldn't let me. I've tried to call to get it fixed, but all I get is AI that restarts my modem and router. It doesn't fix the issue. My max download speed is 40 mbps even though my device says otherwise. Can't even play a match in any game without lagging, let alone play with my fiance in the same house. TV shows constantly buffer too. Why am I paying for this again? I know it's not for the shoddy (at best) service I'm currently receiving.

Whole experience has been horrible. The Spectrum store where I bought the equipment (router/modem) had no one who offered to schedule a tech to come out, they acted like it would be plug n play. They still had the audacity to leave me a business card and clearly get commission. Then after scheduling a tech to come by he was 3 hours late. Lastly you can only configure the router through this app with an account! Going to the gateway address will tell you to download the app which is very limited!
