Immediately, the experience was unpleasant. You can't see what the app is like without filling out a bunch of questions, which is always frustrating as a user. When you get through all the questions, you're immediately bombarded by tutoring profiles automatically spamming you. It's nothing but popups upon popups. There's no option to report spam. For some reason, the text scrolls within their blocks like some kind of horribly designed psychedelic experience. Waste of my time.

I still do enjoy learning with my teacher. He's amazing. It's the Amazing Talker company that I don't like. They act like scam. There is no refund system. SO if you paid, you won't be able to get your money back in cash. You have to use it on the system. Also, the coupons are all fake. I never could use any of them as they disappear after a "fake" warning during payment issue and never show up again. Also, their chat system use bots and they won't solve any of your issues.

the more I use this app the more unusable it gets now I am unable to see my teacher profile as well as my upcoming classes when I click on the link. I'm also unable to read any texts when I opened up my class it's like the words aren't even there. Is there any way to fix this problem for my phone? Edit: I talked to customer support. I sent screenshots and video of the particular issues I was having. I'm happy to say I was heard out and they ended up patching the app! Great service thank you ☺️
