Can't solve the issue of not receiving OTP on my phone number, I tried several phone numbers and none received an OTP. I missed out on an important service I needed. Customer service responded quite fast but has only one reply that they will contact me once the issue has been solved it's been over a month and no follow up has been made.

the app was working perfectly but since few months started having issues. i don't know if its because i have changed the device or its the app in general ( as i saw from the other comments ) but this should be fixed. government spent too much money for it not to work and we are unable to use this app, and all the related app such Tamm etc...please fix it....

This is one app you can't go without here in UAE, but it's so buggy. Could not log in to e&, called support, support guy kindly helped me to break my app. Had to pay 60 aed in taxi fees to go to the nearest kiosk and fix it. Never again 😂
