The device is amazing when it works. Unfortunately, that is infrequent at best. No matter what temperature it is set to, after a few hours, the unit will either turn off or reset the temperature to 78°. All sleep programs are disabled, the water level is fine, and wifi is connected. You have to manually reset the temperature to what you want after the unit wakes you by turning off or heating up. It is a great concept with terrible implementation.

The new company has really improved the app mostly. The hardware isn't great. The first cooling pad is got i had to return because it felt like it was leaking. I had to fill the resivor almost 2x a week. the new pad seemed better but now it's the same issue has started again. Filling the resivor every other week and getting more frequent. pad still fills damp. I don't want to send in this mat again and have an unusable system for 2 weeks.

Just awful and disappointing. The system keeps disconnecting and that was after it took an hour to get it connected in the first place. Tried to contact support, who you can only email and got a reply back that it will take at least 1 business day or longer due to high ticket volumes. Just save your money and time and look into other cooling pads. At this price point I can't believe they have such a poor app.
