technically it works, but I just want to sit on the bike and add some resistance and I feel like I'm fighting the app to do that. the home page is clogged with suggestions and social features. when I hit the record button it sends me to a data sources screen that serves no purpose I can comprehend once I x out of data sources I have to start a workout and then go into a settings menu to take it out of passive mode and add some resistance.

What happened? App performance has taken a nose dive. As of late this app crashed mid workout, sometimes it recovers the data on the 30 mins I've already been at it, other times not. Saving a workout is no better. I tried to save my workout from this morning, and it's been 'Recovering session' for the past 10 mins. My device is updated as is the app, but it's becoming frustrating. The one good thing is that all three of my sensors are recognized pretty quickly.

Over the years I've owned my kickr, the app has gradually lost the ability to detect speed, power, and distance of rides. Unplugging and plugging the trainer back in, disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth doesn't work. It also cannot perform spin-downs anymore. Overall, the app has greatly reduced functionality other than setting resistance.
