I've never had a problem with the app until today. Please fix it. I had to go through Uber, which means that I'm not going to get points for my purchase due to y'alls error, and it costs more as well. It keeps popping an error message about the payment method in app and online... so something is wrong on both ends, and it's not my card because if that was the case, Uber would've failed, too.

this is one of my favorite rewards apps because the points do add up quickly and they have great promotions. what is not great is the way the app estimates how far away is the nearest restaurant is. I had a small window to order lunch, and the app told me the nearest location was 5 minutes away, So I placed my order and then set my GPS to navigate there. It was actually 15 minutes away! I called to tell the story about the issue but I did not receive a refund. very frustrating!

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!
