The app doesn't work. Error messages with no meaning. Unable to save profile without being told what is wrong. Check in history unavailable. The roll out was sloppy. I feel just as bad for the employees who were given no training as I do for the customers who have to use it. Edit: no payment history available, which is needed for health reimbursement. no response from app creators three weeks later.
