App barely works. There are constantly issues with loading, calls don't come through or only ring a couple of times before dropping, connection will randomly drop, calls are no longer dialing out, interface will become unresponsive in the middle of calls, app randomly crashes. Won't get notified of missed calls or voicemails until I manually refresh the screen. Nextiva please do better.

The app is finicky. It doesn't send notifications when messages have arrived, even when notifications are enabled in the settings. Sometimes calls ring in the app; sometimes they go straight to voicemail. Issues seem to be worse when switching between wi-fi networks and cell service. Logging out and back in helps, but isn't a great fix. On the up side, we switched to Nextiva because Ring Central's customer service was terrible, and even with the app issues, Nextiva is still better than them...

Worst service I've ever had from app not working, phone calls sound awful. Customers cannot hear me or they hear themselves. called MANY times and was on the phone with customer service for over an hour at a time and no solution. customers would call/ no ring on my end or notification until a week later, by then they had found a different service provider. Lost a ton of income because of Nextiva
