Subscribed for a weekly Service, been three weeks of not knowing if there will be delivery even after chasing the customer service, the driver every day. Pathetic service I receive messages of me Decline water while on the call with cust service seeking water delivery.Did not expect this from Nestle. Trying to reach their supervisor to cancel the subscription who never calls back.

Worst customer service ever + App is useless, The app is niether updated with the weekly visits nor the copouns already purchased, the weekly visits should be on Suturdays and the courier pick the time he desires regardless the customer availability, finally the customer service agent via whats app + the call center had confirmed a visit today, I have waited till 7 pm and then the corrier did not call or even came to the flat door and I recieved a sms saying CUSTOMER WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! 🫤👎🏻
