I've dropped the score from 4 to 3 stars. After a year of using it, the issue of your bike pics just randomly disappearing is still an issue. Other times, it just doesn't record your miles at all. But the really annoying issue is the fact that there is no real way to communicate with others in the app. There is no notification whatsoever when someone responds to your comments within the app, and they just get buried over time. The only notifications are for harley adds and promotions.

Navigation is incredibly frustrating compared to Google Maps or even a Garmin. You can't save any destinations meaning you need to type in the address every single time. You can't look at the map and pick a point as the destination either bypassing needing to type the entire address out. HD wants people to use their app and wants feedback. I have a hard time believing they even read any of the feedback since it's been this way since it first came out and everyone complains about it.

Constantly crashes can't even record rides anymore. I was really looking forward to using the features of this app, but when it won't even open or load my info, it's useless. I'm uninstalling. Harley, you can do better. How about actually fixing this issue rather than keep giving automated responses with apologies. We know you're sorry, now do something about it! We spend tens of thousands of dollars on your bikes, how about actually caring about the people that support your brand!
