I've had Gosund products for several years now & have decided, once these expensive things wear out, I'm just going back to regular ones. The hassle isn't worth it, even for someone with my health problems. If the app isn't randomly kicking my devices off the network, failing to connect to my WiFi when everything else is fine, or forgetting to run an automatic scene, it's asking me to confirm actions I've programmed it to do. "TAP to run" means just that, not tap 2x. Customer service is a bot🙄

I'm having an issue getting either of 2 smart plugs to connect to lamps. one is in a detached shop just outside our home, where I have an echo dot attached and working, the other is INSIDE OUR HOME! I have repeatedly followed the instructions....ie..fast blinking or slow blinking...and when it's slow blinking I've clicked that and go from there only to have it Fail repeatedly! I wish I had read reviews BEFORE buying these!

App works, however, the popup ads for their products i find unnecessary and bothersome. Also, I bought a double outlet recently and to control either switch, you have to select the switch to access the outlets individually, otherwise it turns on/off both by default. I think there should be an option that both outlets appear instead of both considered as one, for those who prefer it this way.
