Since my original phone call to get information, then to signing up, to now, they have been nothing but pleasant. The enrollment process was easy, he walked me thru every step and answered all my questions. This IS NOT a quick fix to get rid of your debt or to quickly improve your credit score. It does take time in the beginning to get your creditors on board but the company deals with them and takes care of everything. You just make your payments and slowly but surely your accounts are paid off

After months of going back and forth, they finally got a settlement (which was nice) . However I was told that Beyonds fee is %25 of the initial debt. The offer from the bank was higher, but not by that much. I basically just dumped $5k down the drain. Definitely will NOT be recommending. I love the staff and they were very helpful, but this fee is absurd. Nor did it show up anywhere in the app.

Beyond getting 1 star here why! they have a great service and they willing to work with you except theire Supervisor incharge overrided it. I Called them 2 days ago that I lost my job, without me asking the rep said, I can lower the payment down by $44 biweekly and keep the contract term the same. I was so happy and everything was confirmed and when I called back spoke with a different agent and supervise they said they can't honor that. Am frustrated and they also want me to pay $95 fee!!!!!
