I've only invested 1 month so far, and i don't qualify for ark7 Plus, so I can only bid in the secondary market. This is extremely frustrating. Another frustrating thing is that I can not complete a transaction through the app. So I have to go online. I did find it can take several days for a bidder to accept my bid, but I like that my bid stays active. It's a slow process, but at 5% interest, it's better than some cds.

Very difficult, in fact, almost impossible to contact and get a reply from customer service. Very difficult, almost impossible to make out going transaction though account shows available cash. There are lots of unanswered questions

I will change my rating if anything changes. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have not gotten any responses. I got this app and got everything set up and when I try to upload funds to purchase a property share it gives an error about insufficient funds in my checking.
