95% of the time this app won't open. another 3%of the time it opens but with the circle of death, only the remaining 1-2% of the time does it actually let me in to see my progress. I have an open IS ticket with Providence. It is frustrating to try and get in for important onboarding information but not be able to.

It downloaded fine but after signing in it kicked me out again and again. This app really needs work if anyone wants to use it. Why would they refer an app knowing it has tons of glitches.

this app really needs a better process for onboarding, logs in to a blank browser page. and that's after i took out all the extensions on my browser, clear cached and still complications.
