I really want to like this app. It takes a unique approach to surveys that makes them less tedious. But my experience has been exclusively bad aside from that. I have received no payment. My completed surveys were confirmed, but I never got anything for them. I reached out a month ago to ask what was happening, never got a response, and now my messages to support won't even go through. Good concept that seems to be falling apart.

I'm disappointed. It's been 2 years since I've used this app, and nowadays it's not working. They do pay you, and it usually takes a business day just to receive the payments, but recently, it's been more than a week (nearly 10 days, in fact), and I haven't received payment despite the "completed" status on the surveys. Not to mention, support hasn't responded in 2 days. What is going on in this app? Did something controversial happen, or is it just some random system error I don't know about?

This has been my favorite survey app for years. Not very many surveys but they always paid out quickly and consistently. The format was easy to follow and never had issues. However, they're now moving away from doing their own surveys altogether and moving towards "partner surveys" that waste your time by giving longer surveys that wait to disqualify until you've finished it. I recognize the "partner's" format because it's the same one used by every scam app. So disappointed.
