Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

easy, cheap parking.... what more could you ask for?? just one thing, when I went back to my car after the event, several of us couldn't figure out how to get back into the parking garage, it gave us a phone number, didn't work, scanned our ticket again, didn't work. someone managed to get it open, didn't see how... but is there a process to all of this,??

Waste of Money!!! I prepaid for the parking lot but when I got there during the timeframe I paid for, the lot was full. I ended up having to park on the street and pay a huge $ for a metered spot. My friends who also pre-paid for a spot in X lot, who didn't understand downtown, parked outside the lot without paying for a meter and got a ticket!!!
