Constantly disconnects and reconnects, whether you're in a phone call or listening to music. Prior version did as well, but this version is way worse! I've used this with different Samsung phones and replacement hearing aids with the same results. Also, this app seemed to cause a lag on my phone. When I uninstalled the app, my phone was much faster. Overall, my Phonak hearing aids worked much better and were more reliable. I will be switching back to them with my next set.

its great when it works and doesn't randomly disconnect. hearing aids are expensive, and we're in 2025 where accessibility is still difficult to get for us. this app is a win when it works, but when it doesn't it's a huge disappointment. lots of progress still needs to be done for it. it's ridiculous that to get the best results you need an apple phone, when it should work perfectly no matter what type of phone you have.

This app is terrible! my Oticon hearing aids worked great with the other app. why did you have to change it? I'm always having to force stop and turn it back on. I never had to do that with the older app. That app also automatically picked up my aids as soon as I took them off the charger. This new app does not! Even when I can get this to pick up my aids, sounds can still be heard through my phones speakers. I don't like that. please fix this mess of an app!
