The worst pay for lunches app ever. The option to pay by e-check is there but when I go to pay a balance or add money, it says the payment method isn't allowed. They do that so you pay their 4 dollar service fee just to add money. The look is very dated and boring. The max amount of 120 is ridiculous. I should be able to pay a whole year and not have to do it in batches where I keep getting hit with the service fee. Shame shame!

this app is so buggy. I can never just log in and pay. It takes me to a "page expired" link about 12 times before it actually works. to be fair, it's not just the app. it's also the browser. It shouldn't take me 20 mins to log in to add lunch money for my kid. it's convenient when it works but it's gotta work more than 50% of the time.

Great when it works, but it's buggy as hell. I set up auto pay to reload when it's getting low, but it only works about 70% of the time. Randomly, the account will run dry. Auto pay shuts itself off & won't let me turn it on again. Just says "an error was encountered during the autopay updation."
