My in store pick-ups have all gotten mixed up, and none of my order history saves. Yet, somehow I've earned reward points. Ordering on the app has been a NIGHTMARE.... 1 month later, new orders placed in store. more issues. i have confirmation emails of the order. my order doesnt show up in my history, and when i search for my order online the order cannot be found. this is by far the worst app/order tracking system I've ever experienced. they say they're "in the process" of updating the system

I like browsing the huge selection available but there are some glitches that would make the experience so much more efficient. such as, when you're done viewing an item taking you back to your previous viewing point. Another major 1 would be the checkout process. I've almost given up because even tho there are items in my cart, when I click checkout it'll tell me there are no items in my cart. I don't remember the other issue I had but if you would fix the browsing and ALL checkout issues. 5☆s

You cannot order and expect an order history, not happening. You can't complain, because you won't get an answer. You can get a birthday discount, and rewards- then you order, and redeem them, you see the deduction on the order, but you still get the full price charged! And you can't return the item, because you got no history. The order just disappeared! THAT'S HOW THIS APP WORKS!!!
