The app is VERY simple. It doesn't need to be flashy at all, so that's not a bad thing. But basic features such as sending push notifications just doesn't work. Only if I open the app will the notification finally send. Another complaint is the app doesn't tell the user how to do a kegel. Luckily I knew how to do these but not every user will. It would be a good and very simple feature to have included. The app works though so I would say it scores about average; 3/5.

I like this app but have issues with it. Every day you progress to a new level so every day the length and number of kegels increases. It gets to a point where I would just rather plateau!!! I'm losing steam and motivation due to the difficulty level increasing. I'm not looking to win the kegel Olympics here. It would be great to find your ideal level and STAY THERE until you feel the need for progression.

The app is good - it's simple and straightforward. Exercises are explained well. Couple of things I would like to see added/changed: 1) custom day start - I'm a night bird, usually do my exercises around midnight, so it looks like I skip days or do multiple exercises a day, 2) more detailed graph - right now it's not possible to see exact time when I did my session, only date (which is also a bit hard to read).
