app lets you have 24x7 access to information about your reloadable prepaid card.

Once you've downloaded the free app, use your Prepaid Consumer Website credentials to sign-in to the Synovus Connections app to safely and conveniently mange your card. Use the "register" option if you do not have Prepaid Consumer Website credentials.

• Access balance information
• View transaction history
• Suspend and reactivate your card
• Manage your alerts
• Transfer funds using your Synovus check card (Account Owner only)
• Get Customer Service contact information

App seems to be based on 90s technology. You can't add or delete cards through the app and when I logged in on computer to add a card, my account was frozen for God knows how long.. I didn't bother to try for a week and it worked, thank goodness. Transitioning from an expired card is a headache as well, 1st card never made it to my home, they charged me a fee for another that took 2 weeks to show.. added up thats almost a month without the card... Basically useless at that point

It's good until you need to change your pin number. it' too fast it doesn't give you time to input the numbers, if you forget the old number then you have go to the bank.

Very upsetting!!! It wont even let me enroll so i cant even use the app. I have to call and check my balance and pending transactions.
