NYC School Bus

This needs more ways to communicate with the dispatch of the company you're with and cameras need to be on the bus would like to see/hear things from on the bus. Stay current with the route not letting other drivers use each other log ins. Having the current up-to-date schools in the system so through this app we can reach out if problems. Like the bus breakdowns or whatever might occur.

The app is great when the bus drivers remember to turn on their side of it. It would be better if their end was made to automatically turn on when the bus starts it's route instead of the driver logging in. One of my kids bus drivers is an older gentleman and he hasn't had luck logging into the app which is not helpful to the parents at all. Some improvements are needed.

There was some sort of big press announcement on Friday about this app, so I thought maybe it was finally ready for prime time, but alas. What a mess! I was completely unable to track my son's bus this morning and couldn't even log in on Friday. It seems this latest update is making it even worse, and before the update, it was inconsistent at best. Get it together, or get rid of it!
