At first, I really thought this was a little contrived (sorry!), but the more and more I use it every day, especially the breathing exercises and gratitude entries, the more it has become my favorite and used app.

I love this app. It has made such a difference in my life. I enjoy the daily acts of gratitude and thankfulness. The music with birds is lovely as well. I enjoy the affirmations and the breathing/mediation exercises. My only complaint is that some of the text is in another language, Chinese maybe? Specifically, this occurs in the gratitude style and feedback area where the app gives you feedback on your gratitude style.

I wish I didn't have to pay for premium but other then that I love it. It has a gratitude journal, daily prompts, stress relief, breathing exercises and customizable settings!
