very good but not perfect. Only used for planning a trip and booking seats so far, we haven't activated it and used it to travel. One small irritating thing is a journey with multiple changes... the app shows the entire linked journey which is great. But if one leg requires a booked seat that isn't available, so you need to change leg 2 or 3 etc to a later train the app isn't flexible enough to allow a leg to be "later", you have to enter each leg as a separate journey to fix the timings.

My wife and I are only one week into a month trip across Europe. And I already realized that I should have just paid for individual tickets at each station, instead off paying for 1st class tickets on this app. I had to pay for reservations on the majority of our train rides. The app does not show the real time status of trains. It's updated every few days. Which is useless because of frequent train delays or cancelations. The EURail concept is a good idea. But the implementation was not so good

As an American, who had never used the rail system in Europe, bought a Eurorail pass and planned a two week trip to multiple countries. Our itinerary ended up being quite complicated with many moving parts, and multiple train changes over many countries. This app was a life saver and I can't express how useful it was. I spent a couple weeks planning out our trip step by step. During out trip, we ended up missing a couple important connections, but I was easily able to update our trip on the fly.

In this app version, along with our regular timetable update, we've made some improvements and fixed some issues for a smoother travel experience. Plus, we've taken steps to improve accessibility, making the app easier for everyone to use.
