Plus points: -Unified Inbox -Differentiate between accounts using Color -Notifications are stable/they come on time -Folders -Private. Minus points: -You can't format your messages at all. (Fonts, sizing, alignment, bold/italic/underline, images, bullet points/lists) -No themes (like in the desktop version). -No spell check -No Cc or BC -No spam. Overall, the app can really only write basic messages and organize them. Its open-source, and... that's it.

Thank you for your in-depth review! While unfortunately we don't have features like spam filters or themes yet, we have HTML Signatures on our current roadmap. And we're sorry for any confusion with Cc and Bcc! In the 'To' field, please toggle the down arrow to show both of these options.

I am incredibly upset that I keep getting a permanent notification about missing permissions to schedule alarms. If I don't want the app to do that, then I don't want to give it permission. Given the open-source nature of the program, it is very frustrating that this happens. The desktop version is wonderful on Linux, but fairly limited on mobile for some reason. At least don't bug users for permissions they do not want to give the app. It isn't a feature I use.

We're sorry for any frustration with the permissions, and our system works this way as an additional layer of privacy protection on Android, bypassing many Google services. To avoid this, using polling which pulls email at a regular interval would probably the best option. We hope this helps explain our development choices!

Used to love this app but it now loads my old emails first. I have thousands of emails going back to 2012 that I leave in the inbox (don't ask!). Now there's literally no way for me to see new ones because I'm only loading 100 emails at a time so I can't see anything but 2012 emails, tried changing sort order, clearing cache, reinstalling & went through all settings. Help pages are mostly questions with no answers. I can't use it like this so I guess I very sadly have to find a new email client.
