I selected English as the language, but the app still displays content in Thai. As a foreigner, it's difficult to understand important details—especially the terms and conditions of promotions. I lost points due to unclear information, and Traveloka refused to take responsibility. Additionally, customer service showed no empathy or willingness to help. Because of this poor experience, I’ve uninstalled the app and will not be using it again.

Apps that are easy to use for customers who are using it for the first time, for example I experienced a problem and made a mistake in filling in flight ticket information, I contacted customer service via chat only, the officer's name was Jessi, very very calm, she tried her best to help me solve this problem. and everything was solved easily when I gave the correct information.

I missed my flight from Bali to Jakarta because of a six-hour traffic jam caused by severe weather. Despite calling ahead, customer service called it a "personal issue" offered no help and 10% refund. this was the worst service I have ever received. Be careful when booking with this company, especially for flights from locations unpredictable weather.
