I'll admit since I wrote my last review this app was improved and had gained basic functionality UNTILL December 2022, now its a mess again. Doesn't load on some of my phones, and is a hassle to use on the phone that can actually run this. (2024) app now loads on all my phones(s21,s22ultra), but that's where the good ends, randomly logs out, removed the ability to input numbers to the make your own package, the slider is finicky as hell, good luck selecting what you want with that.

One of the worst app ever. 90% of the time I cant even view accounts or bill details. And I cant process payment. Even on the few months this app worked correctly, I have to add account (logim) every single time.

An Excuse of an App, Can't even pay my Supernet Bill from the app it says the email has been linked to another customer. IDIOTS , there are no other customer using my account so why in the world would that happen.Tried Paying my bill through MFaisaa and Its not any better, been requesting for the otp for almost an hour still not got one, not in a single one. Just Take the app from Playstore If you can't do it's Job why keep it in the first place. Ooredoo has become a F disaster right now.
