1 OnStar Business Solutions: OnStar is not available on Low Cab Forward trucks and GM vehicles built without OnStar hardware, which includes, but is not limited to, select base Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Select models require the purchase of additional factory installed OnStar hardware (option UE1). Option UE1 must be selected before the vehicle is built. Requires a working vehicle electrical system (including battery), active service plan, cell reception and GPS satellite signal. Services, connectivity and capabilities vary by model and/or vehicle configuration, and conditions as well as geographical and technical restrictions, and are subject to user terms and limitations. They have taken away the calling feature, I used to buy 300 min to have for calls in case of no cell coverage and one of the main reasons I bought Chevrolet vehicles. Now that service is gone will be looking at buying another vehicle that offers that service. I travel to country and that is a very important feature that is no longer offered and why I have been buying Chevrolet vehicles since 2017 every year buy a brand new one. now I will be trading mine in for a brand that offers that feature.

The only reason i gave 1 star was so I could send a review if it were my choices I would be giving it no stars at all.It's pretty disappointing when you have been a customer of on star for over 6 years and now they are switching to app only in December and it's not even compatible with certain phones and then customer service tells you to get a new phone that it is compatible with . really???? not everyone can afford a new iPhone. looks like I will be canceling onstar come December

Didn't work. Unresponsive. With a Brand New phone. Work offline???? Doesn't work at all. OnStar cut me 16 months short according to them. Want in my car so they couldn't hopefully fix it. Maybe tomorrow I'll call back. Until its fixed, one star is generous. I'll just use Google instead. Like they say, you get one shot to make a first impression.
