I'm facing a issue with the camp data system. I'm inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, I tried contacting customer service contact customer service but didn't get any response

very bad ..you didn't have have option , allowing a customer to speak with your call center team as I had recharge problem..800544 don't have the access to reach to reach customer support.. wow 👏🏻
