This app is very clunky to navigate. Going "back" from anywhere always takes me to the very first landing page. If you are trying to look at messages, especially if viewing messages for a family member, you have to click back through several screens to get back to messages. And half the time when trung to pull up info for family members it says there is an error loading and you have to start all over anyway.

Really glitchy. Right now the app won't load appointments or messages for me. The three loading dots all flash at once (which they aren't supposed to do) and the screen stays blank. Glitches like this happen all the time, and it struggles to load on a good day. This would be a great app if it were faster and less buggy.

If you are still having trouble after updating, we recommend contacting the MyBSWHealth Technical Help Desk. They can be reached at 855-691-0180, Monday – Friday from 7 am – 8 pm or Saturday from 8 am - 12 pm.

I gave up on this app. I've un installed and re installed it multiple times. When I open the app, there's nothing there half the time. It stopped allowing me to pay my bill, and I had to log onto the website. Telling me to call tech support is useless because the problem is with the app, not my ability to use it or understand it. I'd give it a half star if it was an option.
