The booking's fine, but the customer service not there. You just get a chatbot, and you can never talk to a real person. Plus, there's no easy way to email them with questions. If there is an email, it's super hidden. Also, the booking currency is different from what you see in the confirmation email because it gets converted to the hotel's currency.

The app really deserves the 5-star rating, however there's an exception: I really don't know if the given property's information is organized by the ALL or the hotel provided. That's because I've made an expensive reservation which includes car parking and when I went into property's page, it was displayed a payable Valet Parking. I believe everyone would think in a free car parking. Instead, such informations should be given at the first part of the page, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

hard to navigate. For example, I thought I was transferred to Europcar to book and get points but apparently it was a third party and I get lots of fees. Also, I thought it best to book direct with the app for an event but it was cancelled and I was given no notification or email!! Glad I checked before the grand prix and booked elsewhere. I want to be an Accor customer but I don't get treated any differently.
