Shipping takes a bit long, but I guess that's expected. I loved the clothes I received last time I ordered. Much better quality than, for instance, Temu. App easy to use. Biggest complaint is TOO MANY TEXTS!

Customer service is unacceptable and extremely poor. I asked for a replacement instead of a refund. They said they shipped it out and usps said they delivered it. I never received it. I asked Modily for another replacement order. They are not answering my emails or messenger texts. They have not offered a resolution for their mistake. Do not buy from this company! They are absolutely awful!!! They deserve no stars.

Ap is awful. it is impossible to track past, present, shipped orders. the online order system is a grade "F". cute clothes but service way below par.
