The network was excellent at the beginning but later on it became worse and worse. I've contacted the customer service and they told me that they will contact me later on to solve the issue. Unfortunately, few weeks has passed by and no one has contacted me again to solve the issue. Ignoring technical issues has definitely impact my trust and made me think to end the service.

The Yaqoot SIM is really good, and the network calling quality is excellent. The only drawback I found is that the Flexi plan provides less data. If unlimited data could be added to the Flexi plan, it would make the service even better. Overall, it is a very good network and I strongly recommend it

not as good as it used to be , too much lagging and unstable network speed ,even technical support is not working , i've been subscribed for 2 years, and it never been this bad.
