At 1st the game was great! I couldn't put it down. Then once you get to level 30 that's when it starts to go downhill. There are quests that you have to have an underwater garden but it doesn't work. It's impossible to progress. I've already reached out to the support for help but just get an automated response. If I can't get to the underwater garden then I'm going to uninstall the game which would be a shame. Also you can't visit other farms. I see on here people get an automated response too

Dear Farmer,
Access to underwater farm is gained by completing numerous story quests. When you reach level 30, a quest called "Fishing again" should
appear. Following it and quests that come after it will open access to the underwater farm.

You charge unreasonable amounts of diamonds (50 and 199, respectively) for a cow and a chicken. These are stock animals on farms. At the beginning of a game; and the beginning levels of any game, players need time to assimilate game play and accumulate the basics. In the first 2 levels, players cannot acquire such wealth to pay for stock animals. I realize the chicken is available at a reasonable price but the best chicken is priced not only out of reach, but in an unknown denomination.

This was my favorite game, so much so that when the issues started, I stuck with it. Then it began to crash. I couldn't play more that a few minutes before the game would go black and would take me to my phone's home screen. I've tried removing other apps, restarting my phone, clearing media files, etc... I've tried reinstalling at least once a week to check if there had been any updates that have fixed this issue, with no luck. I'm wondering if the problem will every be solved or if I'm just wasting my time...
