Most of the app works well, but there are a few issues. The accounts screen shows the summary of my accounts, but I have to tap the"Accounts" tab multiple times (I've counted about 30 times) to get to see the individual accounts. some days it works with only one tap. Also, the new bill pay only shows the non-electronic transfers until they are mailed. They should stay in the paid list permanently.

I have to click the "accounts" tab 8+ times to see my bank balance. It's very embarrassing if my card declines and I'm stuck at the register or in the parking lot begging the app *might* reload properly this time. It's a little ridiculous. The most I've had to reload the app to see my balance is 27 times. Very weird bug. Fixing this one thing would improve my experience by miles.

This had been a great app. Recently they took 8 and now being told 9 days to "improve bill pay". Instead of improving, my transactions are not all there so unable to see if they will process or not and unable to keep track which bills still need paid. Two processed as money taken from account but not showing up on the Bill pay list. I don't understand why this had taken so long and now it is worse. They changed to sending checks on a major payor instead of ACH. Takes 10+ days. Told to wait...
