My experience with Al Jazeera Bank has been especially disappointing. My account was blocked without any valid reason, leaving my money stuck. I even traveled back to KSA just to reactivate the account, but despite visiting the branch twice and making two complaint calls, no action was taken. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly suggest others be very careful before opening a bank account in KSA, especially with Al Jazeera Bank.

using Al Jazira bank account from 2019 the service is very good and very user friendly mobile application. best bank of Saudi Arabia ..I will recommend my friends and colleagues to open bank account in Al Jazira bank..

Dear aljazeera bank i open account and now i was logging into account it's showing the password and username is wrong first of all it's not wrong second thing is when i recover my user name and password then it's showing your id number is wrong.
