for the last six months, the app is getting worse. You can't even get straight to positions without an advert for copy trading or something else! It's an app! It should be light, and agile, not becoming heavier by every next update.... Sometimes doesn't respond!!! Have to restart to close a position, or to open one! This app is for a mobile/ cell? And not always and everywhere the coverage is 10/10. Keep it simple. And working!

It's strange that you can have money in your account but can't even make a withdrawal request despite submitting all required documentation. Despite contacting support for nearly 6 weeks now, I can't seem to find any answers to my issue and neither does support. Instead I keep being directed to my account manager who I don't even know who they are and despite making requests to make them contact me, I still haven't heard from them days later.

Edit: Play store should ban this. These guys are scammers. I requested withdrawal of 922 usd but didn't receive anything. they say it's processed successfully but they aren't even showing proofs because how will they show the proofs when they never processed my withdrawal and just trying to scam me.
