I really like the moves in the workouts of this app. I'm only on day 3. They're challenging but not impossible, enjoyable and your muscles feel so warm and good during/after. I spent 4 months working out in the gym and never felt sore (I must've had incorrect form or was resting too long between sets) but I'm 'Hurts So Good' sore after doing the workouts in this app. The music is also catchy and has good energy. The app doesn't have an annoying robotic voice like many do. Thank you!

I like this app because it doesn't make you think it's free and then charge you...it IS free. I mean, there's an add free paid version with tech support and all that..and I DO plan to get it when I can.. But right now it's awesome. I was also genuinely tired afterward, I could feel my muscles burning where it was working. It starts off slow, so you don't hurt yourself and strain your muscles, then gets harder. This app gets 5 stars most definitely. Good job!!

I have some health issues that make it tiring to stick to an exercise routine but this is very mangeable and I appreciate that you can start at a beginner lvl. The only thing I would say is that she goes a little fast but gives time to catch up and rest before next exercise. It would be nice too if some of the positions were explained a bit as Im not familiar with every exercise. Will continue to use it though.
