Allow access to heart rate after installing the watch face.
Tap the heart rate area to start measuring.
Make sure the watch screen is turned on and that you are wearing it correctly on your wrist when measuring your heart rate.

The color combos and color selection are not good. Like the whole screen is orange or red or white, which is ugly. Also, the sleep mode's color is always white regardless of what you choose.

I'm not impressed. Only has 2 changeable complications, and color selection is very limited. Would not recommend.
