Continually receive random error messages. It doesn’t correctly list all my prescriptions filled by RA, only the 1 or 2 not picked up, or possibly most recent 1 or 2, so it is almost useless. After logging in via fingerprint recently, I received a message saying I needed to re-enter my password. Then, it wouldn't accept the password, so I had to reset it. I can select to have a script delivered, but will still be notified twice more that it's ready for pickup. This is a lousy app.

This is pretty useless: even though you can select "my store", you can't use the app to check availability and price of an item at that location (or to locate where the item is in the store). It gives an online price, which is considerably lower than the in-store price (something of a bait and switch). It adds nothing to the convenience level of shopping at Rite Aid (although I haven't used it for prescription refills, so I can't comment on that feature).

it's broken, can't even set up the pharmacy feature. It keeps telling me it timed out and to log back in, but i set it to keep me logged in and i can't log out. There's no option for that. Also the location feature gets stuck in a loop if you don't want to give perms to use the locator and the only way out is to close the app. Fortunately i can still scan my prescriptions in... Needs a lot of work
