My advice: avoid this app and purchasing items from it. My recent purchase of an "unlocked iPhone 14, renewed premium" resulted in the purchase of an unusable stolen phone. Ola approved a return but I have to drop it off? Fortunately, I'll be near a site on Monday, but what if I wasnt? It's all fun and games getting a bargain until it isn't.

I just got hip to you guys last night and I do enjoy it but I am so confused on how to search for a catagory because a lot goes to search not found. I think that this would be an awesome app if you would put a categorized list on your app so we can click on one of them and be directed to that specific category. I also don't like the fact that after the clock runs down it adds time on to the clock. That's pretty unfair to people who have been checking all day on their bid

You better double check that everything they claim is in your package, is actually in there. Literally open it up in the parking lot and check for every little piece. They'll claim something is "like new, open box", when it's missing half of the components. They also over inflate the "retail value", and most of the time people will end up bidding over what something's actually worth. I'm so done with ola.

Hi Mitch! We never aim to deceive our bidders, nor do we inflate retail costs. In fact, the link to the source of the retail cost can be found on our item's listings. If you have concerns about a specific item's listing, please contact support@olauction.com and someone will be happy to look into it provided with more details. Thank you!
