I wish I could give it a better rating. Tech support seems non-existent. It beeps me twice for every single movement on the camera. And it seems that it blurs out the person's face even if they're looking directly at the camera. If that's the case, then you probably have to pay a fee to get an upgrade where it sharpens up the face. They can easily do this with AI and make it automatic. And it's really annoying to get too notifications every single time. (Imagine if you have four cameras)

Would have been a 5 star had I left this review last week. This week a 1. Purchased and set up the camera about 2-3 weeks ago. No issues whatsoever, very easy.Love it! I'm tech savvy so the app did not frustrate me as some say. There was an update pushed out last week and from the moment the update was fully installed, camera won't connect or "find video feed" or "establish encrypted connection". I've reset the camera, restarted my phone but no change. Super bummed bc I really like the camera :(

app controls all devices with the same settings...NOT GOOD. tried 2 cameras and they were pretty good for the price. the issue I had was each camera was controlled pretty much the same(except detection areas) which is not great when you want different settings for everything else. indoor cameras will not work through glass to detect motion to record which is what I'm looking for ( like D-Link cameras that detect light changes as well as pir) too bad as the cameras seem decent for the price.
