Get Your Guide Integration Not Working. I've had issues with this since a year ago, but now it's even worse. I've made a tour reservation, no idea if it will count toward my Saga Points. It never lets me Log In to my GYG account. Now it opens a browser, which never asks for my Saga number at payment. I don't recall this being this bad a year ago. I hope someone resolves it because I'm using your app to book, but unsure what's the point if I don't receive loyalty benefits.

It's a good app overall, but it failed me in a very important aspect: My trip had a layover, so the app showed two boarding passes. Well, minutes before boarding for the first leg of the trip, the first boarding pass, you know, the one I needed right then and there DISAPPEARED from the app! This was before I could use it to board!! This happened to me twice, on my way to my destination, then back. Lucky for me, I had a screenshot, but what if I didn't? Not a good experience.

Next to your airport having no food for international travelers, your app was the single most painful part of my trip. It is unstable and unreliable, ensuring that people have to pay out the nose for baggage and seats at check in at the airport. Which you also have to do because so many features of the app do not work. At least my over the top bag fees seem to be going to upgrades I will NEVER see since I'm going to go out of my way to avoid this airport.
