App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

I can never connect a device in one go. There's always an issue in some connection step. Any troubleshooting is a pain to go through and not easy to follow. I dread everytime I have to open the app to connect a new device. You should also be able to ignore devices found if they aren't yours. I shouldn't have to skip over the device a neighbor has over and over to just try to find the one I'm trying to set up.

For my Nest camera. Many evenings my video playback doesn't load until sometime the next day. I report it everytime. Seems like it's an after main work hours issue. It's part of the reason I had canceled the service in the past but I was hoping they had fixed thier issues and it's better but still not cool that I can't always see my recorded videos. Feeling like I'm not getting what I am paying for and should get a refund everytime it doesn't work.
