Each day, you will receive a daily meditation about 5 minutes long. These daily meditations in the app are free and clean of ads.

"I enjoy this app so much! I helps me to relax and focus on scripture at the same time. I love the soft music and narrators voices are so calming." - That was my original review from 2020. I still love the app, but they no longer have different narrators. I find that terribly annoying. I preferred the male narrators voice over the current female's voice. His voice was more soothing and made it easier to focus on the scripture reading and meditation guidance.

I love this app and what it has to offer. The daily meditations are wonderful, I like the topics and courses available now. The music and speaker of the mediations are relaxing. Most of all it is free for the daily meditations but if you decide to purchase it is very affordable. I paid $18 for the year and don't regret it one bit. The one thing I do wish is that there was a marker or note of meditations you have completed, especially when it comes to the courses.

I love this app! I love that it grounds me in such a spiritual and biblical way. I do like the daily short meditations, but I wish that there were some long tracks for times when you may want a longer session. The bedtime tracks are nice because you can set them to automatically replay, but I wish all the tracks had this feature. It would also be nice to be able to download tracks for offline use in places where you don't have access to WiFi. Other than that, this is such a beautiful app!
